When and How Your Order Will Ship

We will attempt to ship most in-stock (our warehouse) orders the same day (Monday - Friday when ordered before 2:00 pm ET). Our objective is to ship in-stock (our supplier's warehouse) orders within 3- 5 business days. Non-stock (backordered) items may require additional time. Our goal is to meet your expectations for special requests. If you require special shipping and you select overnight or two-day shipping options at check-out, your order will be given priority. In cases where you select overnight or other special shipping options and the part is not available for immediate shipment we will attempt to contact you (via email or telephone) to determine how you would like to proceed. If you require expedited shipping service, please contact us to determine if your order can still be shipped the same day for overnight or other special delivery options.

Our online store offers a lot of marine related products and we add more frequently. Most items will ship via a standard parcel carrier, typically US Postal Service or UPS. When parcels are too large to be carried by USPS or UPS we will ship by truck, typically requiring additional cost. We will attempt to contact you by email or telephone if additional shipping costs are necessary. Orders are shipped Monday - Friday excluding USPS and UPS holidays.

Some products such as spray paint and other products designated as hazardous material can only be shipped by UPS Ground and Surface USPS Mail.
