Universal Engine Transmissions

HBW-50 (2:1) was uses on M-12, M2-12, M-18, M3-20, M4-30, M-25 and M-25XP.
Current comparable model from ZF: ZF5M

HBW-100 (1.8:1) was used on M-30, M-35 and M-40.
Current comparable model from ZF: ZF10M

HBW-150 (1.9:1) was used on the M-50.
Current comparable model from ZF: ZF15 Series

HBW-150 V-Drive (2.13:1) was used on all Universal V-Drive models.

Do not leave gear in forward when sailing. Gear must be in neutral for free wheeling or shifted into reverse to lock propeller while sailing.
