TOAD Marine Supply can accept the return or exchange of many unused items in its new, unused and in original condition and packaging with the manufacturer.s tags still attached, for any reason, within 30 days after the receipt of a customer order. Engine parts (Yanmar, Universal, Westerbeke, Volvo, etc.) must be returned within 15 days after the receipt of your order.

Please examine all orders received, immediately and carefully. We require notification within (5) days after the receipt of items, in order to process a claim.

Product shortages may result from articles being overlooked or discarded with packing material or damage, pilferage or loss in transit. In the event of a shortage or damage, due to the shipping carrier, a claim must be filed directly with the carrier.

Items returned may be subject to a restocking and/or handling fee. Any fees will be dependent on the policies of the manufacturer and/or distributor of the product and the condition of the item being returned. This is determined on a case-by-case basis. All returns are subject to inspection prior to acceptance.

Credit will be issued via the original form of payment.

The customer will be responsible for shipping fees to and from the shipping location unless and error was made by our team. In those instances, TOAD Marine Supply will provide a return shipping label.

All warranty returns require prior authorization prior to receiving credit or replacement. TOAD Marine Supply offers no warranty, expressed or implied, for any items displayed in our catalog. Our responsibility will be to provide a suitable replacement for items eligible for manufacturer.s replacement under manufacturer.s warranty. In the event a conflict arises regarding whether an item is covered by a warranty, we will stand by the manufacturer.s decision to replace or repair the item.

Additional Notes:

  • Allow five (5) business days from the date of your return's arrival for it to be processed
  • For defective items covered by the product's warranty, please return the product so that we may assist you
  • If Return is due to error of TOAD Marine Supply, please call Customer Service to arrange for a return service label
  • Oversized goods: If you need to return an item shipped via a specialty shipper, please contact us. We will follow up with instructions for returning the item
  • All sales are final after 30 days.
Examples of Non-returnable Items:
  • Hazardous materials including paints, thinners and solvents
  • Custom/Special ordered items
  • Cut lengths of wire, rope, rod, chain, hose, fabric, cables etc.
  • DVD, CD and Videos that have been opened (taken out of its plastic wrap)
  • Opened audio, visual media, computer software & electronic charts
  • Electrical and electronic components
