Racor Filtration Selection Guide

Use this form to find a recommended Racor fuel filtration system for your boat. We will ask you four questions and provide you with a recommendation for your boat.

Step One:
Select Fuel Type Diesel Gasoline - carbureted Gasoline - fuel injected

Step Two*:
Total fuel flow rate - (Gallons per hour)

OR

If you do not know your total fuel flow rate enter your engine horse power

Step Three:
How much clearance above installation location no clearance - less than one four inches up to 5 inches 5 - 9 inches 10 inches or more

Step Four:
Select Filtration Rating 30 micron 10 micron 2 micron Don't know

* This is the total flow that will pass through the filter. You may obtain this information from your engine or equipment manufacturer or your Racor dealer. Use this information to select a Racor filter that has a greater flow rating than your equipment’s total fuel flow rate. If you do not know your total fuel flow rate, then enter your engine horse power and we will figure the approximate total fuel flow rate for you. If you do not know your HP or total fuel flow rate, contact us for assistance.
